How does it work?
You are the legal owner of your home.
Zihl will co-own your home with you for 5-7 years, then when you have paid 20-25% off your loan, you can stay or move house and re-mortgage using a standard bank home loan.
This is similar to the ‘Shared Equity’ schemes operated by The South Australia State Government and The Western Australia State Government.
